• Payment is required at the time of purchase.

• Personalized Human Design readings are non-refundable once work has begun.

• If we offer group programs or courses, refund terms will be clearly described at checkout.

 

7. Technology & Availability

 

We aim to keep our website, content, and communities running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee:

• Zero downtime

• Perfect performance on all devices or browsers

 

We are not responsible for losses caused by technical issues outside our control.
